The Queensland Cedar working hinge signifies the uniting element, the initial coming together of people and ideas. The start of a relationship.

The Queensland Maple contrasting feature washers in the hinge are used to give tightness to the joint and to distribute the weight and pressure of the union, proving it is the little things in a relationship that actually hold it together, allowing and encouraging movement and freedom of expression. Extending from the hinge are Queensland Cedar wings able to move in all directions, including away from each other, as in relationships, each person or group can travel their own way - staying together is a choice.

The Queensland shelf unit symbolises achievements made possibe by the relationship and supported by the relationship.

Paramount to the relationship is our individual journey. Acknowledging our many personal needs and achievements are represented by the solid stainless steel rods acting as both spacers and supporting structures giving strength to each wing/relationship.

The coffee tableART top is transparent as our transparency is both essential and fundamental to the success of our relationships. True and lasting bonds or connections cannot exist without the spirit of truth and openness. At this point I ask you to please note that the transparent glass does not cover the hinge and part of the shelf unit. Why is this so?
