This beautiful solid hardwood table top and legs are ethically sourced from large mature Blue Gum trees.

Blue Gum grows on the east coast of Australia from Bateman's Bay, New South Wales to Southern Queensland. A heavy timber with a colour of dark pink to red - brown requiring many years of careful air drying for furniture making. Some surface checking is a natural feature of this timber species.

Surface can be maintained and polished with fine buffing oil or waxed.
